How to buy house with no co signer?
my score is low like in 520′s I already have a loan out im trying to pay for school… yet i get late sometimes and i actually stopped paying for a couple months because I had to pay for my wedding. I am just kinda wondering what to do. just turned 24.
Sweetie, you have a rough situation here. You’ve taken out a loan to pay for school, you just paid for a wedding and you are only 24. Isn’t it possible to wait a little while to buy a house to allow your credit score to come up, get out of debt some, and not have to depend on a co-signer? You didn’t say whether or not you have a steady job, but this is an awful lot of pressure for a 24 year old person to have on their shoulders. If you don’t want an apartment, then try to rent or lease a house for a while until your circumstances are better.
